Delivery Chase June Update

This update sets up for future updates and changes some gameplay mechanics and UI. 

1. I have added a shop where future cars will be added for a certain amount of points with a garage (which has nothing it for now)

2. UI has been updated for the main menu and the main game which includes a map now

3. There has been an increase to the time allotted to complete the arcade mode as well as an increase to turning

some known bugs:

pause doesn't work unless pressed multiple times

Shop will occasionally not function properly unless exited and coming back

Please keep a look out for any future updates that will possible open up more features that is currently unavailable in this build and bug fixes.
